Although a lot of us love been ‘busy’ there is a difference between ‘healthy busy’ and ‘overwhelmingly busy’. We need to accept that the modern busy lifestyle is here to stay, it’s just the way the world works now.
There are fabulous tools and skills that I have studied, coped with and learnt to implement into my own busy life that I believe has made things more bearable. They help to clarify and calm the busyness and encourage healthier ways to be resilient and productive.
I help you to stop and reflect on what’s working and what’s not at present in your current lifestyle. We look at ways to revisit your personal and family values. Boundaries and learning to say NO confidently is definitely an art and I can show you actionable ways of doing so.
We visit relationship’s; friends, family, partners and work colleagues. Life is all about relationships and learning to deal with all kinds of people is so helpful in life, because everyone is different and has different values. Understanding that is really quite freeing.
We look at goals and how to make a Roadmap so you can achieve them.
Learn self care and mindfulness techniques that you can use on the run.
‘Happy’ is the new ‘Rich’ so we spend time looking at what makes you happy and all the things that set you on fire which in turn drives you forward in the direction of personal happiness. Achieving ‘happy’ is essential not selfish.
