For adventurous women

Walking and tramping in nature is one of my most favourite things to do. It was one of my biggest healers after I experienced complete burnout and anxiety overload a few years back. So many of my clients love bush walking too and have asked if I would be happy to organise a few wilderness hikes for busy women. Walks that they don't have to organise, that they can just turn up and enjoy. So we are currently making a calendar up with dates and locations. Please register your interest here if you're interested in coming along to hike with a group of nature loving ladies. Some will be day walks, some overnight walks in the summer.

If you are looking for a day all about you, then a Soul Nourishment Retreat Day is right for you. You can come alone or with a friend, or a small group (max 4).

 

What will I experience within a Retreat Day?

 

The answer is LOTS! Breakfast/simple nutrition, sauna, hot tub, lifestyle coaching sessions, massage therapy, learn relaxation through mindfulness techniques and yoga nidras, unwind in the tree hut or hammock, swing in a tree, walk through the paddocks, a delicious lunch and a workbook to keep the journey going.

This is a fun and interactive workshop that has been designed to encourage a deeper connection among the team, thus creating a more positive and productive work environment.  They will receive actionable tools that will nourish every part of your team and work place. 

Workplace wellness begins when there is a balanced feeling of wellbeing across all areas of life - inside and outside of work.  Personal issues can definitely get in the way of productivity in a work environment, so looking not only at the team as a whole, but at each individual player, can really empower and inspire a team to truly be the best.

RETREATS MENU

Welcome to Wellness {2 hours}

This two hour retreat package is designed for those beginning out on their wellness journey. 

Begin this retreat with a one hour lifestyle coaching session, looking at what is working and what is not working in your current lifestyle.  Completed with a relaxing rejuvenating one hour body massage.  Enjoy a garden tea with a nutritious snack during your coaching session.

$195 pp

Half Day 'Hideaway' {4 hours}

Four hours of complete ‘you time’.  Your hideaway will consist of a combination of tools and skills that will enhance your personal wellbeing.  For groups of four allow an extra hour.

Immerse yourself in the colonial hot tub while soaking up the atmosphere, de-stress in the infrared sauna room and rinse off in our outside shower.  Then indulge for 60 minutes with deep relaxation massage therapy - a full body massage. 

Be inspired with a 60 minute fun and interactive lifestyle coaching session - discover what really makes you tick and what really makes you happy.  Learn the art of mindfulness with an informative introductory class.  Be inspired with actionable tools and skills that you can integrate into your life straight away. Complete the half
day with some wholesome food tastings while lazing in the many chill out areas created amongst nature.

Full Day 'Rejuvenation' {6 hours} {2 people only}

 

Six hours of complete bliss.  Invest in some change.  If you haven’t had time to stop recently and your to do list is overwhelming, then this is the package for you, you and your partner or you and a good friend.

This is a fun, educational, inspirational and motivating workshop to help create the life you want - looking at goals, personal values, the power of setting personal boundaries and generally encouraging you to adopt a skill set of complete wellness for you and your family.  Learn the art of mindfulness through stretching and better breathing, master this ultimate tool for everyday relaxation. Soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub, an infared sauna and outside shower.  Then indulge in 120 minutes of soul soothing massage therapy - choose from hot stone, full body massage, foot massage, Ayurvedic head massage (each includes a hot foot soak in our beautiful copper bowls).

Wholesome food tastings are served after your treatments, then become inspired with an individually designed lifestyle coaching session. Finally, immerse yourself in any of the chill out, stress free areas to
allow yourself to rest, revive, reflect and rejuvenate.

Relaxation

Unwind together in the infrared sauna, enjoy an outdoor shower, soak in the colonial hot tub and indulge in a full body massage.

Reconnect

Relax together in the hammocks and reconnect over a  yummy nutritious picnic lunch.

Rebuild

Create an action plan for your future goals both together and individually, through a fun lifestyle coaching session.  We believe in inspiring and empowering individuals to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
