Ever had that feeling when you just can't make decisions that you know should be fairly easy or you want to make a few changes to your life but don't know where to begin? Well that's where a lifestyle coach can help.

 

'Wellness' is teamwork, and every team needs a coach to encourage them along the way, to keep you moving forward and to help challenge you with new ideas and questions. 

 

Life is pretty hectic these days. The modern lifestyle is busy, fast paced and crammed with rather large 'to do' lists. It's the way life is now, but there are tools and skills you can learn and put into place to achieve a little more balance, sense and calmness.

 

We are forgetting what and who are most important in our chaotic lifestyles. A lifestyle coach can help you find some clarity and help you to set up your own GPS, one that works for you and your family. I encourage you to put together an action plan, so you can keep it together. 

 

As a coach, I hope I can inspire you; educate you and motivate you to live a healthier, happier lifestyle.

My mission is to encourage women to love what they do. If they are not sure what that is, then I want to help them discover what it might be. We look at what is working in your life and what’s not. Together we look at all the areas of your life and where you would like to see improvement. We then set about creating an action plan.

Each session is designed to help you get on track to a happier, healthier lifestyle. We look at what your values are (so what’s most important to you). We look at boundaries and why saying NO can be so difficult. We look at your strengths and talents and how we can work with them to create more balance.

the soul nourishment programme {over 16 weeks}

 

A life changing personalised wellness plan - 4 x weekly, 2 x fortnightly and 2 x monthly sessions (total of 8 sessions).

This programme is designed to inspire busy individuals to create a helpful action plan to cope better with today’s modern lifestyles. This fast paced life is becoming our comfort zone, it’s beginning to feel like if we slow down it will get even harder to cope.

The Soul Nourishment programme will encourage you to establish some new happy and healthy habits. These new habits can equip you and even your family with simple life changing tools and skills that can be easily applied to your current hectic and often overwhelming modern lifestyle.
